We are from Flagstaff, AZ and because of Marcos being the reliable person is, he held the vehicle for us for a few days so we would be able to come check it out in person. Marcos was responsive from the moment that I had inquired about my 2014 Ford F-150. We made an appointment to meet-up to check out the vehicle, and review financing options to make the sale happen. He's very honest, and will work with you to ease the process of owning the vehicle of your dreams. To gain the best possible financial solution for myself, we worked out a combination of down payment / trade in / loan comparison between his providers and one of my own choosing. We met on a Sunday afternoon, and due to the banks being closed we couldn't complete the sale, but I drove my truck home the following evening. Marcos also sweetened the deal by throwing in some extras, replacing a windshield for me after I inquired about some of the cracks, all in the same day. All of the vehicles that I had seen at his dealer, including the one that I purchased, were all very clean and of high quality. He really wants to put the customer first and make an honest sale while providing a top notch purchasing experience that'll have you thinking about coming back if a time comes of needing another purchase. If you see something that he has, get it! You will kick yourself otherwise.

We were hesitant to buy from Marcos because of the location of his shop and him being a small "hole in the wall shop." But we sat and talked with him and went with our gut feeling of him being an honest and hard working young man. He was so easy to deal with and fair with his prices. We love our new truck and will buy from him In the future again if need be!
